Today we have been finding out lots about the geography of the UK using the atlases to help us. We have explored the four countries and their capital cities and even used compass points to talk about the position of places on the map πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ πŸ—Ί πŸ” #sjsbgeography

All aboard! Class 6 had their tram tickets at the ready today as we virtually explored Manchester, our new topic this half term. We may be locked down and unable to visit in person but there’s no locking down their imaginations! πŸšƒ 🎟 #sjsbenglish #sjsbgeography #experienceday

As part of #recycleweek2020 #sjsbclass10 thought about how we can choose to HURT or HELP our world (and why each choice we make really matters!) @StJosephStBede #sjsbgeography #sjsbsmsc #LaudatoSi 🌍

After an afternoon of exploring the course of a river, #sjsbclass10 took to the windows to summarise and showcase their learning through diagrams for all to see! #sjsbgeography @StJosephStBede

A simple question sparked a huge debate in Class6 today. Would Santa need to use a compass? Some argued that it’s 2020 and he’d have upgraded to a SATNAV. Others argued he’s travelled the world delivering presents for thousands of years so he should know the way by now! #sjsbgeog
